Refund Policy

ONLINE PURCHASES

TGD prides itself on ensuring you our valuable clients are happy with their online purchases and strive to provide quality affordable garage door parts. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase we will gladly replace the product or exchange for another.

a) The provision of goods and services by TGD is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, (TGD) will refund the client in full within 30 days. 
b) You may return any goods you have purchased within 14 days, provided the items returned are unused, in its original packaging and in a sale-able condition and it must be returned at the buyers expense. Should the goods you purchase be defective they can be returned up to 30 days after purchase, unless another guarantee is in place. 
c) Miss used & or purposely damaged items will not be accepted for return

OR

TGD will accept a return on most new unused parts, sold incorrectly or wrongly ordered within 30 days of delivery.

Simply email us with the order/invoice number and we will arrange a collection of the incorrect part at our cost.

SHIPPING

We can ship to most addresses in SA.

Shipping rates will be calculated at check out (coming soon).

We use Courier It ( www.courierit.co.za ) to deliver all our orders.

If you are not at home during working hours, then please indicate an alternative address such as a business address, as our couriers deliver during office hours. If it happens that the courier delivers and no one is there to sign for the parcel, they will phone you on your indicated telephone number and arrange a more suitable time.

Although we try our best to get your order delivered within 24 hours of delivery which is normally achieved to large metropolitan areas.

However it can take from 2-5 working days for delivery depending on the destination and stock.  Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be attended to on the first business day thereafter.
